We wanted to know how common that is here, so we scanned the homepages of 975 of India’s largest listed companies. The result is below. Under the RPwD Act — which the Supreme Court confirmed in Rajive Raturi (November 2024) is mandatory, not aspirational — most of them have a duty they are not meeting.
